Shipping & Returns

Order processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Canada

We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Orders over $100.00ship free. Standard rates and delivery timeframes are shown at checkout.

United States

We ship to the contiguous United States with Standard International and Express International options; rates and timeframes are shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees for US shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

International

We currently don't ship beyond Canada and the United States.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Returns & exchanges

Where returns are accepted, items must be returned in the same condition they were received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You're responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Contact us to ask about return or exchange options before sending anything back.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered.
