1. Sponsor
The Glengarry Clothing Co. $150 Gift Card Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Glengarry Clothing Co., Alexandria, Ontario, Canada (the “Sponsor”).

2. Contest Period
The Contest begins October 26, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends November 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”).
Only eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be accepted.
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, including all ten provinces and three territories, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
The applicable age of majority is:

18 years: Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan.

19 years: British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon.
Employees, owners, individuals directly involved in administering the Contest, and members of their immediate households are not eligible.
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws.
4. Methods of Entry
Method A — Purchase Entry
During the Contest Period, complete an eligible clothing order through https://glengarryclothingco.ca.
Each eligible order receives one entry, regardless of order value or quantity purchased.
Multiple separate eligible orders may receive separate entries.
Method B — No Purchase Necessary
Canadian residents may enter without purchasing anything by visiting:
Complete and submit the form during the Contest Period.
Each valid submission earns one entry. Multiple genuine, individually submitted free entries are permitted, subject to the same anti-fraud and verification requirements applied to purchase entries.
No purchase, payment or marketing subscription is required.
Both methods offer equal chances of winning per valid entry.
5. Entry Limits and Fairness
Each qualifying order or valid free-entry submission earns exactly one entry.
There is no fixed maximum number of entries per eligible person through either method. Entries must be submitted individually and must be genuine. Automated submissions, duplicate processing of the same order, and fraudulent entries are prohibited.
All eligible entries will be combined into one random draw. Purchase and free entries will be treated equally.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One $150 CAD Glengarry Clothing Co. Gift Card.
Approximate retail value: $150 CAD.
The Gift Card may be redeemed toward eligible purchases at https://glengarryclothingco.ca.
The Gift Card is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law, and will not have an expiry date.
There is one prize available, with a total prize value of $150 CAD.
7. Winner Selection
A random draw will take place on or about November 18, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The draw will be conducted by the Sponsor in Ontario.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address associated with the selected entry.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of the initial notification and satisfy the Sponsor's reasonable eligibility verification requirements.
Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor.
If the selected entrant is ineligible, does not respond within the specified period, or fails to satisfy the requirements, another eligible entry may be randomly selected.
9. Prize Delivery
Following successful verification, the winner will receive the Gift Card electronically by email within fourteen (14) days, unless otherwise agreed upon with the winner.
10. Privacy and Personal Information
Glengarry Clothing Co. will collect only the personal information reasonably necessary to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner and deliver the prize.
Marketing consent must be optional and separate from Contest participation.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including any additional requirements applicable to Quebec residents.
Any public identification of the winner will require appropriate consent.
Additional Canada-Wide Requirements
The Sponsor will administer the Contest in accordance with applicable Canadian competition, consumer protection, privacy and anti-spam laws.
The selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the winner.
All eligible entries from across Canada will be combined into one random draw.
The draw is scheduled for November 18, 2026.
The prize will be delivered electronically to the verified winner.
The Sponsor will provide the complete Official Rules in a reasonably accessible format, including French-language materials where required by applicable law.
11. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to investigate fraudulent entries, verify eligibility, and disqualify entrants who violate these Official Rules.
The Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Contest if fraud, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Contest, subject to applicable law.
The Contest is subject to applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.
